COVID-19 Safety Protocols
We have set the maximum number of attendees at 200 people for this year, so that we can distance appropriately in the session rooms and common spaces.
Attendees will be required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination. Acceptable proof of a COVID-19 vaccination includes a CDC vaccination card, a photocopy of the card, or a photo of the card on a mobile device. Cardholders must be at least two weeks past receiving their first dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine or the second dose in a two-dose series vaccine (e.g., Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna).
Masks are required.
Schedule and Sessions
This year’s schedule will include sessions by Edupoint staff and our K-12 Pacific Northwest experts. Topics include communication strategies, mail merge, query, new grade book, MTSS, analytics, OLR, state reporting (Oregon and Washington), and Synergy SE plus 504 information.
The final schedule will be posted in late January.
Vaccination Verification
Thanks for easing the registration-table rush by uploading your vaccine card ahead of time. You will receive an automated confirmation email, confirming your upload. The uploaded vaccination records will be destroyed the Monday following the conference. We do not retain personal information.
